Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting (AGM), held each spring at the time of the e-Health conference, is an excellent opportunity to see the COACH governance process in action. All COACH members in good standing are welcome to attend.
Standard agenda items at the AGM may include:
- the President’s Report;
- the Treasurer’s Report;
- the auditor’s appointment;
- presentation of the budget for the upcoming fiscal year,
- a report about the Board of Directors’ nominations and election, and
- an introduction to the incoming Board members.
The 2009 AGM will take place during the period of e-Health 2009, between May 31 and June 3, 2009 in Québec City. The exact date and venue will be posted here as this information is available.
