Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting (AGM), held each spring at the time of the e-Health conference, is an excellent opportunity to see the COACH governance process in action. All COACH members in good standing are welcome to attend.

Standard agenda items at the AGM may include:

  • the President's Report;
  • the Treasurer's Report;
  • the auditor's appointment;
  • presentation of the budget for the upcoming fiscal year,
  • a report about the Board of Directors' nominations and election, and
  • an introduction to the incoming Board members.
