The HIP@work Task Force has identified the competencies that are associated with existing job descriptions in HI and developed role profiles consisting of a set of generic HI job descriptions, including the required competencies.
The task force's objective is to benefit employers, in terms of finding candidates with the necessary skills, knowledge, attitudes and capabilities, assist students and HI professionals in determining where they need to enhance their education and/or experience to fulfill their career objectives.
