Are your frontline workers whole-heartedly adopting IT solutions or do they lack confidence about their knowledge and skills in this area?

COACH, in partnership with Frontline Informatics, offers HITS as a professional development resource to address this issue. You recognize the importance of overcoming resistance to change when it comes to successful HI initiatives. HITS provides the knowledge, understanding and confidence to approach the use of IT in healthcare with a positive attitude. pdf.gif Download HITS_Overview (PDF)

One recent student discussed the benefits of using HITS across an organization: "Enjoyed HITS. Our hospital will very soon be fully adopting electronic record keeping and charting. Courses like this one are real confidence builders!"
