Individual Membership
Individual Membership is open to all individuals with an interest in health informatics, health information management, or related health care issues and practices. Individuals wishing to become members of COACH should download the application form and return it to the COACH office, along with payment, or click the link "Join COACH on-line Today".
Individual member dues: $185.00 per year*

*The membership year is April 1 – March 31. Membership applications received after February 1, 2008 will apply to the 2008-09 membership year and expire on March 31, 2009. GST is applicable on all membership dues. If you reside in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia or Newfoundland, you must pay HST. If you are GST-exempt, please submit a letter of exemption and your GST number with your application.
