Individual Membership
Individual Membership is open to all individuals with an interest in health informatics, health information management, or related health care issues and practices. See Benefits at a Glance chart.
Individuals who wish to become COACH members can apply online through the "Join COACH On-line Today" link at left or download the application form and return it, along with payment, to the COACH office.

Individual member dues: $185.00 per year*

*The membership year is April 1 – March 31. GST is applicable on all membership dues. If you reside in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia or Newfoundland, you must pay HST. If you are GST-exempt, please submit a letter of exemption and your GST number with your application.
