Student membership is open to all students who are enrolled FULL-TIME in a post-secondary educational institution, and who have an interest in health informatics. See Benefits at a Glance chart for a detailed list of benefits.

To apply for or renew membership, please follow the "Join COACH On-line" icon at left. Or download the application below, complete it and return it to the COACH office along with payment. Students must provide a photocopy of the front and back of their student card with both renewals and new applications. They must also include their Student ID number and the name of their educational institution on the application.

Student membership dues: $25.00 per year.*

*The membership year is April 1 – March 31. GST is applicable on all membership dues. If you reside in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia or Newfoundland, you must also add HST. If you are GST-exempt, please submit a letter of exemption and your GST number with your application.
