Dr. Marion Lyver, a COACH Board member, was also recognized as the recipient of the Canada Health Infoway Standards Collaborative Infoway 2008 Peer Award at the gala. Read more.
The ITAC Health (formerly CHITTA, Health Division of ITAC) awards (see CHIA website) were also presented at the gala. COACH and ITAC Health co-host this event.
Recipients of other industry awards presented before the gala were also recognized at CHIA 2008. They were the Canadian Society of Telehealth awards, the Canadian Health Information Management Association (CHIMA) Pinnacle Awards and the Canadian Health Leadership Network MacNaught-Taillon Leadership Award winners.
